Privilege

One of the matters that I often confront deals with a disgruntled association owner, wanting access to my communications with the board of an association that I represent. It’s a common request, and it’s almost always an inappropriate request.

A nice finding was a link to a post made by my CCAL colleague, David Swedelson, on the California approach to the subject.

If you can’t get access to it in California, you’re not likely to get it in Utah.
