Perhaps associations should support those candidates that support legislation to help condominium assoications. While more from condominium managers and attorenys, donations were given to Barney Frank and Scott Brown for their help with fighting FHA condominium regulations. During the early 1990's, the condominium world donated to state legisaltors who saved condominium assoications by passing the Massachusetts super lien. That being said, $250,000 is a lot of money.

Hi, I had a neighbor who went after our oldest community resident who was 93.
Another neighbor went after our only African American.
Another went after a young immigrant family and cost all of the above thousands of dollars and years of misery.

Great post, you've got a great setup going with your iPad, my usage is very similar with it still ring primarily for 'media consumption' and then for work the other 20%.
I prefer using my 11" MacBook Air when working on-site with clients, but the time I always use my iPad are for client meetings. I use SoundNote which a simple note taking app with a recorder built it. You can later email the notes with audio or sync them with Dropbox.
In regard to using TimeMatters, I find that the billing program is usually the one thing keeping the large manority of Attorneys I work with from going all Mac. I have helped solos and small law firms move from Tabs3, TimeSlips and TimeMatters, just to name a few, to Billings Pro. Have you looked at this option?
